My coach is Tracy McKay of Black Market Fitness. He’s completely changed my fitness level and the way I ride. He trains not only triathletes and endurance riders, but can help you out with any general fitness needs that you have.
He’s been racing and training since 1989 and coaching the weekend warrior since 1995.
Goal-setting, endurance athletes, functional training, injury prevention and event preparation are our thing at BMF. More specifically our focus is swimmers, cyclists, runners, triathletes.
He also focuses on the PERSON who needs to drop a few pounds or who needs to get ready for a wedding dress or reunion.
